If she was a school teacher or nurse, than it probably is a bad idea to continue in that profession if her immunity is low. But, if she can figure out a way to do her work from home the majority of the time, so she is not exposed to as many people or if she can find somewhere to work where she would limit her exposure to others, then it seems doable. Knowing something about her previous profession may help to come up with solutions, but I'm sure there are possibilities. It seems like it would depend a lot on her job.
