		<description>Any physician who can give you a frame to work with is worth a lot!  Each of us  is different with different techniques that work -- we have to  take the time to figure out what works for us.  Same as you would if you can't get a project through at work -- you have to trust your intuition and listen carefully.</description>

		<description>My primary care doctor (who is terrific) has this phrase he repeats to me whenever I get discouraged about my chronic pain.  He says:
"The body can heal.  That is what it is programmed to do.  We need to let it do what it knows how to do.â€</description>
