Lots of stuff going on in the next month for those of us living with invisible chronic illness, thanks to the work of rest ministries.org.

What makes this great? Well, in today’s world of rapid fire information and the power of the internet, this information sharing can only help those of us who want to be able to be successfully employed.

So, start with this. Next Monday, Sept. 2, Labor Day in the United States, several of us bloggers will be part of a blogging carnival about working with chronic pain.

The bloggers will address: “How does pain affect your work life? Are you able to work? Has pain forced you to give up work?”
The following week, Sept. 10 -15, restministries.org has organized a week of online chats with guest speakers (see the side bar on my blog for more info).
Hooray for the talking. Let’s keep the talk going. Coming soon: information about an initiative to change legislation about disability benefits.
