They look like very good ones, good resources. I especially like the manager’s guide. When I worked for Waldenbooks in San Francisco in the late 1980's I had to deal with disability issues for a couple of the guys with AIDS or ARC (Aids Related Complex). Waldenbooks had some very good policies and procedures written out to help managers with these sensitive matters but I’m sure not all companies do.
