		<description>Rosalind, I saw your additions to the left side. They look like very good ones, good resources. I especially like the managerâ€™s guide. When I worked for Waldenbooks in San Francisco in the late 1980's I had to deal with disability issues for a couple of the guys with AIDS or ARC (Aids Related Complex). Waldenbooks had some very good policies and procedures written out to help managers with these sensitive matters but Iâ€™m sure not all companies do.
